Cancellation Policy: Sorry, we can't cancel your order after you submit it. But it is easy to return or exchange an item. Please save your packing slip. It serves as your receipt should you need to return/exchange and item.

As long as your product meets the above conditions and you include your original packing slip, we will process a refund (less shipping charges) . For returns without The original packing slip, we will issue a ginadskidsclub.com credit.

How to Return/exchange and item

Follow instructions on the packing slip. Include the packing slip. Wrap the package securely. Mail the package to the address listed below. For your protection, we recommend you send your return/exchange with an insured, trackable carrier. Once we receive your return, we will send a confirmation email We will process your return/exchange within 10-14 business days after we receive it For credit card purchases, we credit the card you used for the order within 5-7 business days after we receive the return at our warehouse. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
